Acts 6:1-8. Each of us has a story. That story explains who we are and how we came to be who we are. The story includes the tragedies and victories that have shaped us. Parts of your story may make you swell with pride (whether of the godly or ungodly kind); parts of your story may make you cringe with shame. But, whatever the details (the good, the bad, and the ugly), your story makes you who you
are.
As Christians, the most important part of our story is that we have chosen to follow Jesus. We remember that our sins have been forgiven. We realize that we have a future in Heaven. Our individual stories are chapters within the greater story of all the people of God.
Stephen's story stated in verse 8; "And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people." What's Your Story?---Rev. H.C. Dent
