Eph5:18b.Says but be filled with the Spirit. We are commanded to be filled with the Spirit so there is no room for anything else. Thus, we are totally controlled by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, the filling of the Holy Spirit is an ongoing daily experience. We need to be continually filled with the Holy Spirit because we are "leaky vessels. The pressures and stresses of life push the Holy Spirit out, causing us to be filled with bitterness, wrath,anger, evil speaking, and malice (Eph.4:31).Eph4:32 describe our behavior when we are filled with the Holy Spirit, it means we should be kind one to another, tender hearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
